Chairman of Mantra Tourus Group (OOO, UO, Holding), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dexter Capital Risk Management Services L.L.C., BoD member of JHT SARL, he is an entrepreneur with 30+ years of professional experience in the International Business Development, Commercial, Investment, Corporate and Private Banking industry.
Dr. Rebel Hanna previously served as Deputy General Manager at Invest Bank – UAE, Managing Director of the unique Investment Bank in Lebanon specialized in Securitization; he was managing the First SPVs in the MENA region and the First ABCP Conduit. Prior to that, he occupied different Senior Managerial Positions in the banking industry.
Due to his exposure to the regional and international markets, Dr. Rebel Hanna acquired extensive experience in the international business development and origination and earned the trust of the regional and international clients, correspondent banks and regulators.
Possessing a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management (France), a Certificate of Research in Management Science from the same university, a Ph.D in International Business, a Masters Degree in Organizations’ Management (M.Sc) from the University of Quebec (UQAC)-Canada, where he graduated with distinction.
Dr. Rebel Hanna holds more than 20 certificates of professional trainings from the most prestigious professional training firms internationally.
In parallel to his professional path, Dr. Rebel Hanna is Lecturer at different Faculties of Management in UAE, France, Lebanon, speaker in regional and international conferences and seminars.
