She has divided the book into the 4 seasons of the year and in each season has recommendations of how to best eat in season in 3 sections : Mets, Vins, Fromage, and ends with two of her favorite recipes.
At the end of the book, she includes a list of Les Indispensables , those very important condiments or items you must have in your frigo! Finally, she closes off the book with a list of her favorite recently visited restaurants/hotels.
